Michael Tanguma
Partner
Michael heads fundraising, portfolio company operational support, and strategic panning. Michael is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Onramp, spearheading the platform’s mission to build global Bitcoin financial infrastructure on Multi-Institution Custody. Prior to this, he was a key member of the team at Unchained, where he helped establish their flagship Vault product and raised over $100 million. His experience at top companies like Google, WeWork, and YC-backed GoLinks has provided a strong foundation for his leadership in Bitcoin asset management.

Liam joined Early Riders as a partner focused on investment due diligence, portfolio operations, and fundraising. Prior to joining, he was a senior associate at CoBe Capital, a private equity family office specializing in corporate carve-outs. Before that, he was a Senior Research Analyst at Point72. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2019.

Liam Nelson
Brian is the Chief Strategy Officer at Onramp, leading education, content, and strategic messaging. Prior to Onramp, he spent several years at Brown Brothers Harriman in private banking, then joined Coinbase Institutional research before helping build Onramp in 2023. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 2014, studying Economics & History.

Nick joined Early Riders as a Principal focused on portfolio management, investment due diligence, and business development. Prior to Early Riders, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi's Technology M&A group in San Francisco. He graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2023.
